Pricing FAQ
Do you charge for Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API fees?
No. Meta's per-conversation / per-message charges pass through to your Meta Billing account at Meta's published rates. We don't add a markup on conversation pricing.
Can I really stay on the Free Forever plan forever?
Yes — as long as you stay under 100 contacts and 1,000 outbound messages/month. You'll see a small ad in the dashboard sidebar and inbox empty state; we cap message volume by month, not by burst, so spikes within the cap don't trigger upgrades.
What payment methods do you accept?
Razorpay (UPI, NetBanking, cards) for INR customers and Stripe (cards) for global. GST invoices are auto-generated for Indian subscribers.
Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. Downgrade with one click — any month you cross the higher-tier limits, we'll prompt you to upgrade rather than silently failing. Cancel any time and your data is exportable for 30 days after.
What about agencies / white-label?
Managed white-label is available on the Scale plan for free; self-serve reseller console lands in v1.5. Contact sales for the agency rev-share program.
