How it works

Enrol from your dashboard
If you're already a Waxiomatic customer, visit /dashboard/affiliate to enrol in one click. If you're a third-party partner (consultant, agency, content creator), email [email protected] — we'll get you onboarded inside a day.

Get your unique code + share link
We mint an AFF-XXXXX code and a tracking URL like waxiomatic.com/?ref=AFF-XXXXX. Share it anywhere — newsletter, LinkedIn, Slack communities, customer follow-ups.

Visitors get a 90-day cookie
When someone clicks your link, we drop a first-party cookie attributing them to your code. The cookie persists 90 days, so they can come back later and you still get credit.

Signup → attribution → commission
Once the visitor signs up and opens their dashboard, we attribute the new org to your code. From the moment they upgrade to a paid plan, you earn 20% of their MRR for 12 months.

Monthly payouts
On the 5th of every month, we settle the previous month's commissions. Razorpay for INR-bank payouts, Stripe for international. Reach out if you need a custom payout cadence for high-volume partners.
Program terms
- Eligibility
- Anyone with a Waxiomatic account in good standing. Third-party partners (without an active Waxiomatic subscription) can also enrol — email [email protected].
- Self-referrals
- Not allowed. The system rejects attempts to attribute your own org to your own affiliate code.
- Refunds and chargebacks
- Commission is paid on net MRR (after refunds). If a referred customer churns or charges back within 30 days of a payment, the commission for that period is reversed.
- Brand guidelines
- You can mention Waxiomatic in honest, factual terms. Don't run paid search ads on our trademark, don't impersonate us, don't make unverifiable claims (e.g. specific uptime numbers — link to /status instead).
- Termination
- Either side can end the partnership with 30 days' written notice. Commissions earned before termination are paid out per the normal schedule.
